Pokemon characters from the series of Pokemon on TV. Why collect Pokemon cards?
The cards are colorful and interesting and some of the pictures are really cool! If you collect 60 cards you can play games with them. You can trade your doubles, which is fun. If you keep your cards for a long time, they increase in value and you can make money if you sell them. It's fun to increase your collection and to go through your cards and look at them. |

| To start collecting
Pokemon cards, you will need: |

| 1. Money to buy from the right shop.
You get 'real' cards at 'Mind Games' or 'Electronic-Boutique'. You can
also buy secondhand real cards at the Victoria Market. Other shops such
as Two dollar shops, sell fake cards. Beware of these. 2. Buy a booster pack to start yourself off. The booster packs include 11 Pokemon cards. 3. Now start your journey to collect 'em all. Save some of your pocket money each week so you can slowly build your collection. |

There is more to the Pokemon cards than just looking at them, there's
also a game to play with them. To play the Pokemon trading card game you
need a deck of 60 cards to play with. You will find instruction sheets for
playing games in every box of cards you buy. You need at least two people
to play. 5. If you like to play with your friends this is the game to play with them. |
